How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during peak wedding season (October to March). Popular items book out fast, so secure your favourites early.

Is there a minimum hire amount?

There’s no strict minimum, but delivery fees may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. For smaller bookings, pickup may be a more cost-effective option.

What happens if something gets damaged or lost?

We understand accidents happen. Any breakages or missing items will be charged at the replacement value. A full list of replacement costs is available on request.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Yes, you can make changes up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you set up the hire items as well?

Our delivery includes safe transport and placement, but not full styling or setup. However, we do offer wedding planning services—just ask if you'd like help bringing your vision to life.

How long is the hire period?

Most hires are for a 3-day period (e.g. Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday), but we can offer flexible timelines depending on your event schedule and availability.

What areas do you deliver to?

We offer delivery throughout Whangārei, Kerikeri, the Bay of Islands, and surrounding Northland regions. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to get in touch—we may still be able to help.

Do you offer pickup options?

Yes! You're welcome to collect your hire items from us by prior arrangement. We'll ensure everything is packed and ready for safe transport.
